These can be intimidating labels – have you made the cut? – but Collective Nouns founder Cara Lonergan thinks these are words to celebrate.

Cara Lonergan, founder
After all, with a media and marketing career spanning teams both small and large, she sees the magic that occurs when different bases of knowledge converge and create something that (to borrow a cliché) is larger than the sum of its parts.
She has helmed teams at nonprofit BalletCollective in a bespoke leadership role, delivering record growth in donor base, event attendance, and fundraising performance; at O, the Oprah Magazine crafting its branding strategy and co-launching and running its award-winning influencer network; at Macy's in Loyalty Marketing; and at The Sartorialist, where she relaunched the site and redesigned its ad strategy, earning a three-digit percent growth in ad revenue. She has also worked on teams at Ralph Lauren, Coach, and Kara Ross NY.
All it takes is two people to start.

With that in mind, she founded Collective Nouns to be the brand partner there when an additional expert mind will make the difference when brainstorming.
